This tutorial addresses the Taming the Beast quest chain from the point just just before Thotar provides you with a taming Rod for a Dire Mottled Boar in Razor Hill. Thotar offers you a series of three taming rods, each one differs and makes it possible for you tame beasts in the following order: Dire Mottled Boar, Surf Crawler and at last an Armored Scorpid.

When you have completed the taming Section of the Quest chain, you need to head to Orgrimmar and talk to Ormak Grimshot inside the Valley of Honor so that you can unlock your pet managing capabilities: Tame Beast; Feed Pet; Revive Pet; and Beast Training.
